Get started in a heart beat

Using your mobile, clic the “Join”-button in the above class schedule. Make sure it’s the right day and time. 

2.

You will be directed to Zoom (download the Zoom Cloud Meeting app beforehand). Choose ”Connect using device audio” or similar when prompted.

3.

The coach will let you in. Keep camera and mic muted during class. Enjoy!

This is LIVE Running

One click and we meet in a virtual meeting room. Participants’ microphones and videos are turned off during the class, only the coach’s voice can be heard. 

The classes vary in length and intensity, and focus when guiding participants through the classes are on their individual effort scale.   

We start off with a 10-15min warm up depending on the class. Following the warm up starts the intervall based main session. About 15-25min in total.  The coach will guide through the class, challenge and motivate. 

The class ends after the intervals, but the coach will be available for feedback and questions. 

Our classes

🇬🇧 Moderate’n Awesome 45 min

A 45 min running frenzy that starts with a 15 min warm up followed by a 20-25 min main session of 75s – 3 min long intervals. You need a smartphone, headphones and the Zoom Cloud Meeting app to join. The class is coached in English.

Långt och Tufft 45 min

45 min intervallklass som börjar med 15 min uppvärmning, följt av ett 20-25min huvudpass med 4-10min långa intervaller. Ni behöver en smartphone, hörlurar samt appen Zoom Cloud meeting för att kunna ansluta och delta. Klassen coachas på svenska.

Lugnt och Fint – 30min

30 min intervallbaserad-klass som börjar med 10min uppvärmning, följt av ett 15-20min huvudpass med lättare utmaningar och tempohöjningar. Ni behöver en smartphone, hörlurar samt appen Zoom Cloud meeting för att kunna ansluta och delta. Klassen coachas på svenska.
